The Summer Pastoral Internship at East Wenatchee First Baptist Church is designed to place men in a pipeline for pastoral positions in the Northwest. First Baptist is interested in maintaining highly qualified staff, but also in helping other churches within our influence and fellowship to maintain vibrancy and momentum in the ministry by introducing pastoral candidates.
Also, we are capable of hosting several candidates, but we will only be paying one per summer. Our top candidate will receive a small but considerable summer salary, as well as housing. Any other accepted candidates will only be offered housing for the summer.
